Meet the people leading Metacognixion.

Jean-Philippe leads Metacognixion's strategy, partnerships and venture investments. He built and scaled Altredux and Dimension.io in gaming, and brings a track record in business expansion, acquisitions and investment across real estate, construction and technology. He began his career in special-care counselling — a grounding in service work that shapes how Metacognixion builds for service businesses. Based in Montréal.

Pramod leads all engineering and product at Metacognixion, including India-side delivery. He has built platforms from the ground up for clients including UAE port authorities, Pfizer, Roche, Bajaj Auto and Korean tourism bodies, across defence, healthcare, recreation and gaming. Most of Metacognixion's technology is built under his direction. Based in Mysuru, India.

Michaël oversees finance, legal and corporate structure. A corporate attorney, he has worked in startup ecosystems from formation through billion-dollar outcomes, structuring and closing major commercial transactions along the way.

Prateek runs delivery operations and team management across Metacognixion's offices. A biotech engineer with an MBA, he has led operations in healthcare and at innovation-driven startups and technology companies, managing managers and cross-functional hardware and software teams.
