The problem

A creative hub juggling spaces, events and members needed one system instead of a stack of disconnected tools.

Disconnected tools meant no single view of availability, manual billing work, and an online presence detached from actual operations.

What we built

Our solution

Metacognixion shipped the venue's website and booking flow on Sceniq — our venue operating system — making Carrefour Créatif the first live tenant on the platform.

Spaces and bookings

Rooms and spaces are booked through one flow tied to real availability.

Events

Event programming runs on the same platform as the spaces that host it.

Billing

Billing is handled inside the platform instead of in a separate tool.

Day-to-day operations

Members, bookings and operations share one system of record.

Outcome

The impact

One system instead of a stack

Spaces, events, billing and members now run on a single platform.

Live in production

The venue's website and booking flow run on Sceniq today.

Everything Sceniq ships next is proven here first.

The Metacognixion approach

Carrefour Créatif isn't a client using a tool — it's the first tenant of a platform we own and operate. Building the venue's online presence on Sceniq means the product improves with every real booking, event and invoice.

Facing a process that runs on people's hours?

That's exactly what we redesign.
